Nick Dereka is a digital native and an advocate of social trends and technologies; he has a strong background in social communications, content marketing, visual media’s, analytics, social media marketing and engagement, with over 10 years experience in industries that required strong sales and marketing skills.

In 2004 Nick began his involvement in Social Media, monitoring chat rooms for satellite music television stations ChannelU and Fizz TV. He was an early adopter of Myspace (December 2004), and active with LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook, YouTube, Foursquare, Pinterest, and WordPress.

Nick has over 4 years experience in the Music Television industry as Head of Production, Music and Promotions and Channel Manager, including involvement in pre and post-production, scheduled programming, marketing and business development.

Nick is Social Media certified by SO ME Academy and currently leads Prime People Plc group’s digital media strategies.
